Network Service Director directs the operations of the service delivery department for a telecommunications network. Ensures client service is prompt and accurate. Being a Network Service Director is responsible for the design of strategic service plans and promotion of the organization's products or services. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Network Service Director typically reports to a top management. The Network Service Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function.
