Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is searching for Azure Network Administrators to join our team in Lorton, Virginia. These resources will provide post migration network support and sustainment consisting of ongoing dedicated support at various levels to maintain and administer enclave infrastructure and applications for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Performs the Enclave Administrator (EA) role on behalf of the customer, including setup and maintenance of all Mission Enclave infrastructure and all application-related responsibilities on Mission Enclave environment.
• Direct customer relationship management, supporting prioritizations and workload management.
• Ensure the appropriate support of all systems/applications/workloads existing within the enclave (operational boundary)
• Set up and delegate application-related responsibilities to Customer Mission Applications Administrator (MAA)
• System health monitoring include Azure Solution System Health, Program Application availability, Capacity Management, and Azure Consumption Rates.
• Operational System Management (trouble tickets) – input, re-route, field, and escalate as appropriate.
• Conduct appropriate troubleshooting and remediation activities to include coordinating with System Owners, Product Team, and Migration Team for issues and coordinating with the appropriate team and/or personnel.
• Escalate to the appropriate team in the case were additional privileges/permissions/clearance are required.
• Complete regular maintenance on all systems / applications. This includes regular patching and vulnerability remediation and addressing end of service/end of life replacements
• Complete approved configuration updates/changes and escalate where required if high-level architectural updates are needed.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of relevant network administration experience
• Proficient with Azure Networking
• Experience with Cisco ASR 9006 switches
• Ability to self-manage for maintenance of workloads
• Experienced with Direct Platform Support (Windows Workstation/Server)
• Experienced with Active Directory Organization and Management (OU and GPO Management)
• Experienced with Systems Management Technologies (MECM, etc.)
• Experienced with Azure Solutions Management (IaaS, PaaS, and Virtual Network Components)
• Experienced with AVD Component Support (Pools, Workspace, Application Management)
• Experienced with Azure solutions deployment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure Administrator certification
• Experience within C4 networks / operating environments and SAP networks / operating environments
• DevOps experience with SAFe knowledge of operational sprint cadence.

Requirements

• Must be within driving distance of Lorton VA OR willing to relocate there (Relocation Assistance Package Available)
• Must be willing to work onsite (This role may include the need to work outside of core hours on high priority investigations and may also include on-call responsibilities)
• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance or above
• Must possess an active DOD 8570 IAT Level 1 or greater
