Warehouse Manager

General Description:
As a Warehouse Manager, you will pick orders of heavy-duty truck parts and stage them for delivery. You will also manage all aspects of the dealership’s warehouse.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Pull orders from warehouse for delivery, ensuring accuracy
• Coordinate delivery of orders
• Assist with all inbound and outbound parts shipments to internal and external customers
• Operate a forklift and related equipment to load and unload trucks and move material within warehouse
• Review shipments and advise management of shortages or damaged shipments
• Work with Parts Manager on proper documentation of merchandise to control, including cores
• Maintain the warehouse area in a neat and organized manner
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements pertaining to this position.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Requirements:

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Heavy duty parts experience
• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving experience
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or GED

• Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
• Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team
• Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, and be willing to attend appropriate training sessions
