Location: Reno, Nevada

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $41,580 - $46,520 per year

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred but not required.
