Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the dealership, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to potential buyers.
• Manage the sales pipeline by following up with leads and conducting outbound sales calls.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in inventory management to ensure availability of vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance dealership performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales and dealership operations
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and retail sales abilities
• Proficient in outbound sales and phone etiquette
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
• Negotiation skills and experience in high-end sales
• Ability to manage inventory and perform retail math
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
