We are looking for a Joyful, Detailed Medical Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the gatekeeper of our practice, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Responsibilities include insurance verification, patient financial reports, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work (highly detailed) using tools like Word, Excel, and EHR medical software. Must have the ability to work under pressure. Ultimately, a successful Medical Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office and be able to handle multiple high-demanding situations at one time.
