Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Assist customers with booking hotel accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize reservation software to manage bookings and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate reservations and ensure smooth operations
- Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or travel industry is preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to promote services effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in reservation software or willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $11.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
