Analyzes each work item and identifies function and type of document to determine correct index to apply which then determines correct workflow for the item to follow. Standard claims are inputted through OCR technology to be imaged and validated. Analyzes rejected forms and corrects information as required and submits the electronic claim for processing. Prepares and images marketing promotional packages for the Direct Marketing Group.
