We are a worldwide leader in access solutions, and we are seeking a Lead Firmware Engineer for embedded systems to contribute to our groundbreaking work in locksets, high-security key systems, door closers, exit devices, electro-mechanical products, and access control systems. We are dedicated to providing impeccable firmware quality that defines our outstanding products, ensuring their continued prominence in the industry.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the President of Accessories, overseeing 5 facilities and a $200M business portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in New Product Development (NPD), P&L management, and operational excellence within the door/lock or furniture hardware industries. This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee a team of 11 direct reports and 500 employees across 5 facilities.
• Drive new product development and ensure seamless product launches.
• Own the P&L for the Accessories division, managing a $200M portfolio.
• Work closely with sales and operations to ensure full product line sales.
• Build strong rapport with internal teams, including the door security solutions team.
• Travel 60% to oversee facilities and ensure business growth.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in managing $100M portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in door/lock systems or furniture hardware.
• Experience in New Product Development (NPD) and P&L ownership.
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time.
• Longevity in prior roles, with strong career progression.
