As a Project Manager Assistant, you will be working directly with the Project Manager within all programs with a specific focus on staffing, hiring, referral and intake, employee retention, backup coverage and project goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing reports, data analysis, and market research for the Project Manager and Assistant Executive Director, tracking hiring data, employee retention and morale projects, coordinating and execute daily tasks, networking events, assisting staff, training, committee meetings, and assisting with HER research and project implementation. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include a high school diploma and/or three-year verifiable experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities (DD) Services, Medicaid/Medicare or relate, working knowledge of Developmental Disabilities Programs, licensure requirements, human resources skills and knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of office administrative procedures. Additional requirements include computer skills, analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports, possess initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
Work Days/Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
