Night Auditor jobs in Pueblo, CO

We are currently hiring for a Night Auditor.

This position work overnight typically from 11pm to 7am. During this time the Night Auditor is performing the double check for the day to make sure that billing errors are corrected, guests are check in, postings are correct and then running the daily closing reports. Additionally the Night Auditor checks guests in and out of the hotel, makes, updates and cancels reservations as needed, verifies and takes payments from guests, assists the breakfast team with set up, responds to guests requests and communicates pertinent information to the next shift!

Qualifications-

-Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field

-Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays

-Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing

-Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction

-Must be able to multi-task.

-Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.

This position does require the ability to stand for up to 8 hours, walk, lift up to 20 pounds independently, bend, kneel, squat, climb step ladders, work at a computer for extended periods of time and demonstrate appropriate and professional decision making skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.42 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
