Job Description:

Western Wyoming Beverages is seeking a full-time warehouse Night Supervisor for the Rock Spring Springs, WY location. The Warehouse Night Supervisor primary responsibility is to assist the warehouse pickers in fulfilling daily obligations of the warehouse. The Warehouse Night Supervisor will provide overall leadership to the warehouse as directed by the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Night Supervisor primary responsibilities include: Make sure all orders are checked by the warehouse checker before loading on trucks. Making sure all orders are built and placed on the correct route truck. The Warehouse Night Supervisor will be responsible for make sure all zones are cleaned and organized according to the warehouse cleaning standards before allowing the crew to leave for the night. The Warehouse Night supervisor will be responsible for making sure all trucks get pulled in at night in the winter time and all warehouse doors are closed and locked and secured. The Warehouse Night Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Manager in maintaining high CPH pick by not allowing the warehouse pickers to stand around and talk

As part of the training process for new warehouse loader/pickers, the Warehouse Night Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that new warehouse loader/pickers. Are competent in all aspects of picking orders, using the shrink rapping machine, full understanding on the warehouse cleaning standards.

The Warehouse Night Manager will be in communication with the Warehouse Manager, warehouse morning manager and inventory coordinator, dispatch operator. To ensure that the warehouse standards are being upheld through every function. This position is responsible for working across company lines to grow WWB’s business, including working closely with WWB’s service, and sales departments.

Desired Qualifications:

o Forklift certification

o Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn beverage route loading sequence information

o Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Western Wyoming Beverages product portfolio

o Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn warehouse standards

o Management experience
