Pay Scale: Competitive, Based on Experience.
Work Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime and Evenings on occasion)
Reports to: Service Manager
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Able to pass drug and background check
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Positive and encouraging attitude
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment
• Conform to company standards, procedures, and policies
• Work from up to a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
Qualifications Desired:
• Universal EPA Certification
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
• Insurable driving record
• Possess tools needed to complete the job
