Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing effective pest control services to our clients. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of pest control techniques and excellent customer service skills. Duties: - Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations - Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on the type of pests and the severity of the infestation - Use hand tools and power tools to apply pesticides, baits, and traps in accordance with safety guidelines - Perform preventative measures to minimize the risk of future infestations - Educate clients on pest control methods and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment - Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery Skills: - Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and products - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify the source of infestations and develop effective treatment plans - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner - Sales skills to upsell additional services or products - Basic knowledge of lawn care practices is beneficial - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Join our team as a Pest Control Technician and make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing effective pest control solutions. Pay: $31,200.00 - $41,000.00 per year
