Requirements:

- Knowledge of lawn care, farm machinery, hand tools, and power tools is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
