Job Summary:
The Clinical Marketing Nurse Navigator is responsible for assisting with the coordination of the daily operations for all preadmission activities, completing eRehab and LTRAX assessments, participating in the planning, organizing, and executing of the business development plan, and developing marketing strategies through social media to expand the general public's knowledge of the facility. Essential responsibilities accomplished by working closely with the Nurse Navigators to convert referrals to admissions by providing responsive customer service and serving to promote RWSH
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Provides marketing support by understanding healthcare operations, trends, and data analytics to promote and establish contact with potential customers or referral sources.
Creates and provides education materials for referral sources, physicians on services, programs, and outcomes.
Delivers content for social media accounts.
Assists DBD with coordination of Admissions with the following tasks, but not limited to: maintaining tracking files, completing report emails, leading morning conference call, assisting Nurse Navigators and Admission Liaisons, providing facility tours, providing field coverage, collaborating with hospital directors and maintaining employee and patient confidentiality.
Completes clinical evaluations by discussing with potential patients and families of pre-admission and admission processes.
Accurately performs assessments and completes pre-admission screens in a timely manner.
Facilitates and coordinates with physician and DBD as necessary for admission.
Maintains compliance with Patient/Family-Centered care standards by providing information sharing, ensuring patients and families receive timely, complete and accurate information in order to effectively participate in care and decision-making.
Maintains compliance with RWSH Customer Service standards
