Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care jobs in New Hampshire
Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care works in collaboration with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to manage care for patients in an acute care setting. Orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians. Being a Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Assesses patient condition and may provide treatment using specialized medical equipment. Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care requires a master's degree. Requires Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. We are searching for a full time Post Acute Nurse Practitioner in Manchester, NH. The hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM, no weekends no call rounding. This position involves delivering comprehensive medical care, managing chronic and acute conditions, and optimizing the well-being of patients as they transition from acute care to post-acute care. The NP will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive high-quality, personalized care and support their recovery.
Benefits:
- Salary: $120,000 base with the opportunity to make $180,000 - $220,000

Requirements:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current, unrestricted licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a related field, such as acute care, primary care, or post-acute care.
