POSITION SUMMARY:
This Front Office Representative is responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service while efficiently checking patients in and out of the office to include scheduling, rescheduling and cancelations of all office appointments as needed. The front office team will collect patient copays including balances owed, complete orders, remove flags and work assigned task buckets. This position is required to travel and rotate to any or all of Cardiac Solutions office locations.
