Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assessing patient conditions

- Perform procedures such as airway management, catheterization, and neonatal ventilator management
- Educate parents on infant care techniques, including feeding, hygiene, and developmental milestones
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Monitor and ensure a safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in neonatal care and incorporate evidence-based practices into daily nursing activities
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [STATE]
