Nurse Practitioner - Surgical works in collaboration with hospital physicians to manage care for patients in a surgical setting. Provides direct care and follow-up for patients in surgical care units. Being a Nurse Practitioner - Surgical orders, interprets, and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians. Prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other therapeutic forms of treatment. Additionally, Nurse Practitioner - Surgical requires a master's degree. Requires Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.     Position Overview

    We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with complex medical conditions. You’ll work alongside a diverse and collaborative team to deliver exceptional care, develop treatment plans, and empower patients to manage their health effectively.

    As our practice continues to evolve, we need a proactive NP who is comfortable with change, embraces new challenges, and is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of our patients.

    Qualifications

    · Licensing/Certification: Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP).

    · Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.

    · Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.

    · Adaptability: Ability to work in an evolving and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt and innovate as the practice grows.

    · Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset with a passion for contributing to a positive and supportive team dynamic.
