Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of healthcare practices.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
- Review and analyze documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in complex patient cases
- Monitor patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement in care delivery
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans
- Oversee shift management and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare practices and technology

Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
2. Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
3. Current CA license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
4. Minimum of 7 years of clinical care management experience in women’s health or closely related fields is required. OB/GYN, contraceptive care, and labor & delivery experience preferred.
5. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial and/or supervisory role required.
6. Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement and/or other quality management-related experience preferred.
7. Advanced certification or licensure in health care or process improvement is preferred.
8. Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) fetal monitoring certification preferred.
9. Current BLS Certification is required within 90 days of hire.
10. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $108,160.00 - $178,984.00 per year
