We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance

Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
2. Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
3. Current CA license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
4. Minimum of 7 years of clinical care management experience in women’s health or closely related fields is required. OB/GYN, contraceptive care, and labor & delivery experience preferred.
5. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial and/or supervisory role required.
6. Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement and/or other quality management-related experience preferred.
7. Advanced certification or licensure in health care or process improvement is preferred.
8. Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) fetal monitoring certification preferred.
9. Current BLS Certification is required within 90 days of hire.
10. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
