We are expanding our staffing desk and planning to hire couple Recruiters. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity to join an established Automotive Manufacturing and staffing firm that has been in business for over 37 years.

Excellent opportunity to learn and grow to be a Professional Recruiter!! Training will be provided for entry level candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate candidate pipeline through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Responsible for recruiting Engineering and IT job candidates for our Automotive OEM clients in Michigan.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System.
• Process paperwork: Offer Letters, onboarding, background/drug test with a high level of accuracy.
• Continually perform ongoing follow-up with candidates, building a lasting relationship and a valuable network of talented individuals

Qualification Required:

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience in space of Engineering or IT industry preferred.
• Self-starter with a growth mind set.
• Strong multi-tasking ability to effectively manage simultaneous candidate pipelines for different requirements and business areas.
• Expert technical skills, including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree
