Places advertisements, attends job fairs, and heads in-house recruitment efforts. Being a Nurse Recruiter interviews candidates and refers them to the appropriate clinical service. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Nurse Recruiter typically reports to a manager. May require RN license. The Nurse Recruiter gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Role & Responsibilities
The Recruiter performs full-cycle recruiting for all roles in our WellStreet Urgent Care centers and Corporate office as needed. This position requires the ability to develop and administer recruitment strategies, to successfully identify and retain highly qualified talent, that will contribute to an engaged and performance driven workforce. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
