Qualifications and Requirements :
3 years of experience in a Director of Nursing position
Strong clinical skills related to elder care both in long term care and short stay post-acute rehabilitation settings
Excellent attention to detail
Computer skills : Outlook, Word, Excel, and E-mars preferred
BA or BS in related field preferred, with a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
CPR and first aid certifications
Must have a flexible schedule including availability on occasional weekends, evenings, or holidays
