Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Sequence Supervisor to work for a company based in Vance, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the workflow at the facilities.
Pay Rate
$17.00 to $19.00
Schedule and Hours
Tuesday to Friday
7:00pm to 5:00am
Sequence Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with Company’s plans and vision
- Monitoring employee productivity.
- Training new hires
- Implements and enforces systems, policies and procedures
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
- Automotive experience
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and able to work well with other employees.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- At least one year of sequence manager experience
