• Collaborate with educators, parents, and students to develop effective strategies for student success
• Conduct assessments and provide counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Advocate for students’ rights and connect families with community resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work
• State licensure as a School Social Worker (PEL) preferred
• Compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills
