    Agile Occupational Medicine is looking for a Chiropractor for our Redding, CA clinic and throughout CA.

    This position will see a variety of orthopedic conditions including acute work-related injuries and workplace wellness and injury prevention. This is an Independent Contractor position.

    The chiropractic division of Agile Occupational Medicine is a growing business emphasizing quality care with the highest standards. The Agile approach is focused on speed of recovery while we keep the patient engaged in the process, with aggressive scheduling and follow-up, getting injured workers back to work and life as soon as possible.     Job Description

    As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for providing direct chiropractic care to patients. You will work in a team environment with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and Acupuncturists under the referral of the Occupational Medicine physician. You will be supported by office staff to manage authorizations, patient scheduling and billing.

    Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention.

    Hours: Monday to Friday, Day shift- flexible to meet patient and clinic needs.

    Requirements:
    • Doctorate of Chiropractic
    • Graduate of an accredited chiropractic program
    • California Chiropractic License (Required)
    • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

    Job Duties

    • Conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
    • Updates and modifies the treatment plan on an ongoing basis.
    • Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress.
    • Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises, home programs, and patient education.
    • Maintain open communication with the patient, other team members, and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.
    • Complete timely and accurate documentation.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
    • Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures.
    • Social perceptiveness and service-oriented.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
