Occupational Therapist plans and conducts individualized occupational therapy programs to help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities. Teaches patients skills/techniques and how to use adaptive equipment for participating in activities. Being an Occupational Therapist studies, evaluates, and records patients' activities and progress. May require a master's degree. Additionally, Occupational Therapist typically reports to a manager. Typically requires Occupational Therapist certification. Occupational Therapist's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is currently seeking a licensed Full-time Occupational Therapist at Waterford Crossing, a dynamic and innovative Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living health campus in Goshen, IN. You must hold an active or pending Occupational Therapy (OT) state licensure to apply for this position.

Qualifications:- Must have an active or pending Occupational Therapy (OTR) state license
- Proven track record of successful patient care experience
- Experience working with a geriatric disabled population preferred
