We have been in business for over 33 years and are looking for a self- motivated, high-energy, Office Manager for our Huntsville branch located in Madison, AL. Automation ranks #17 as one of the largest staffing firms in the U.S. Automation was recognized as Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction 2016 through 2023 and Best of Staffing Talent Satisfaction 2019 through 2023 winning the Diamond Award in both categories and received Safety Standard of Excellence Award. This position will manage overall office administration, including recruiting, applicant screening, and interviewing, placing, and counseling employees. Additional responsibilities for the Office Manager include evaluating office production, assisting in developing and revising office policies and procedures for improved workflow, and assisting the Branch Manager monitoring budget for office related items and staff.
We are looking for someone with great customer service and excellent communication skills to succeed in this fast-paced environment. A willingness to meet and exceed set responsibilities.
Job Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of office management experience
- Must be able to work 40 hours (Must be able to work long hours and be available for unexpected industry demands!)
- Recruiting, applicant screening, interviewing, placing, counseling employees
- Must have excellent customer service skills, good clerical skills (type 50 - 55 wpm)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous staffing or recruiting experience a plus
- Outgoing personality and team player
