  • Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join the Trio Health team. This is a part-time Colorado office-based position for an Operations Manager responsible for internal accounting, human resources administration and office/IT/landlord resourcing.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Accounting (85%)

    • QuickBooks Online and Bill.com
    • Approving Payroll
    • Treasury Management
    • Submitting payments for multi-state tax filings
    • Customer Invoicing
    • Archiving Payroll, Banking and Contracts Records
    • Annual State compliance filings
    • Coordinate and assist with fractional CFO needs

    Human Resources (10%)

    • Onboarding and Offboarding Trio employees through Insperity PEO system
    • Job Postings for open positions
    • Employee training assignments and tracking
    • Ordering/shipping IT equipment for employees

    Office Management (5%)

    • Ordering CO and remote office supplies
    • Landlord coordination
    • Physical Office (alarms/keys/internet/utilities)

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree, in a relevant area of study, such as Accounting or Business Administration
    • 5 years intermediate accounting abilities with strong QBO skills
    • 5 years experience with HR Administration and Office Management
    • Strong commitment to quality and accuracy with records and reports
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Superior problem-solving skills with ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively

    Job Types: Part-time, Contract

    Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
