York Oil and Propane is looking for a seasoned technician that is capable of installing and servicing oil and propane appliances. The perfect applicant should have a Maine Oil Masters license, Propane appliance and service license, propane tank setters, along with EPA 608 certification with experience and fluency in all mentioned areas. We are a local family company that can be flexible with the needs of our technicians as well as our customers. We focus on quality when it comes to the jobs at hand, we want to make sure the customer is happy and that the technicians work at a pace that is comfortable.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and appliances
- Diagnose issues and perform repairs following schematics and technical specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance on various equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used
Requirements:
- Maine Propane License, tank setters, appliance install/repair, piping ect.
- Maine Master Oil License
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
