Online Banking Manager oversees online banking activities. Develops policies and procedures for electronic banking processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. Being an Online Banking Manager directs support operations to resolve customer issues with online tools. Participates in the maintenance and development of the bank's online products and services. Additionally, Online Banking Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Online Banking Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     Summary of Position
    Non-exempt position whose primary duties and responsibilities are to process daily admissions applications and enrollment activity for all military students.

    Minimum Required Education
    High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree from a nationally or regionally accredited U.S. institution of higher education preferred.

    Minimum Required Experience
    Six years wage earning clerical experience or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school (30 college credits) and two years wage earning clerical experience or Associates Degree and one year wage earning clerical experience is required.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Outlook and Excel.
    • Ability to use student information systems. Colleague and/or Informer experience preferred.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records.

    Other Information
    Able to work evenings and/or weekends as needed to meet contractual obligations.
