Operating Systems Programming Manager jobs in Brookings, SD

We are looking for operating partners with multiple years of restaurant experience and restaurant management experience. We have franchisees from all over the midwest that are looking to invest in Boss' Pizza and Chicken or Boss' Pizzeria and Sports Bar franchises, but what they are missing is someone with extensive experience to run the location on a day to day basis. If chosen, the candidates would be paid an hourly wage for every hour they put in and they would be a partner in the business to share in profits. Past operating partners have made in excess of 100K a year, but this also has no ceiling, because you are going into business with the franchisee, and it could lead to multiple locations and a lot more. We are looking for talented managers that understand how restaurants work, why customers come back, and how important quality and service is to running a profitable restaurant. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
