The ideal Operating Room Nurse Manager will have their Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, current New York State RN license, and years of acute care operating room leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, Manager, etc.). A Masters Degree is preferred but not required.
