The RN Manager Surgical Services will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Operating Room department. Duties include:

• Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize patient care
• Participating in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Conducting performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
• Managing department budget and resources effectively

The ideal Operating Room Nurse Manager will have their Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, current New York State RN license, and years of acute care operating room leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, Manager, etc.). A Masters Degree is preferred but not required.
