The Director of Operations is responsible for the strategic and operational planning and execution of all manual employment verifications operations at VerifyToday. Core duties include management and leadership of a background and employment verifications fulfillment center that employs a wide range of customer outreach methods, including outbound and inbound calls and email. Our Director of Operations would place special emphasis on customer care, fulfillment quality management, workforce planning (including recruiting, coaching, and training), and efficiency in operations. A strong leader with experience in continuous improvement would do well in this role; excitement about and experience in scaling an organization and building a team is a must.
The Director of Operations is a senior leader in the Verify Today organization and must have experience in managing a cost-center.They are expected to lead strategic planning for this department, working with the rest of the executive team to build, sustain, and optimize this core business function.
