- Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Develop detailed project plans and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
- Utilize project management software to monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform cost analysis and budget preparation, ensuring financial viability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively address issues and delays to minimize impacts on timelines.
- Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations throughout project execution.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and partners to ensure project success.
- Utilize AutoCAD for project design and planning as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or architecture project management.
- Proven track record in project management within the construction sector or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D, or equivalent.
- Expertise in site layout, grading, utility design, and regulatory approvals.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, methods, and quality standards.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player with leadership capabilities.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
