JOB TITLE: CLUB Sales Operations Admin Support

Our Luxury Hotels and Resorts offer our guests and Vacation Club Members top-tier service. As part of our Miami Call Center team, you will Support Our Sales Team with administrative work related to Reservations in order to generate more revenue in the most efficient way possible.

To be considered for this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be proficient in computer applications. Bilingual candidates are preferred, with fluency in English plus Spanish or Italian proficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
• Strong auditory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience in a sales environment is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting hotel-related
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, or at least 85% Italian

*Please note this is a full-time position that requires weekly in-office work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
• Maintaining and updating client information in our CRM system
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Assisting with financial reporting and analysis regarding reservations
• Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues
• Coordinating adjustments in reservations between different departments
• Providing administrative support to the Sales Team
• Communicating with different areas via phone and email, amongst other work tools
• Responding to general inquiries and providing customer service support to our Sales Team
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings / tasks / follow up’s

WORK LOCATION:

This position is ON Site ONLY in Doral, FL (Miami-Dade).

You must be able to commute to the office daily.
