The Opportunity:
As an Operations Support Specialist with Visio, you will provide administrative support to the Operations and Sales Department staff to ensure all documents are received in a timely manner.
You will contribute to the Operations Department by:

Ordering all appropriate documents including pay history, title work, appraisal, payoffs, and other required documents

Moving proper loan information into the Calyx Point system for processing

Performing quality control checks on completed appraisals
-
Completing the broker approval process
-
Performing post-closing “Servicing” quality control including initial post-closing review for completion and accuracy
-
Assembling, reviewing, and delivering custodial collateral “blue folder” packages to Capital Partner Management team

Monitoring and updating departmental databases and trackers
-
Delivering daily/weekly reporting

Maintaining current knowledge of all company loan programs and their requirements

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST

Hybrid position: In-office rotations required. Applicants must be within commutable distance of our office

Salary Range: $19.00 - $20.00/hr. (Non-Exempt/Hourly/Eligible for Overtime)
What We Are Looking For:

Someone with at least 1 year of administrative experience
-
Someone with a High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent

Someone with knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel

Preferably someone with real estate knowledge

Someone with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Someone who can demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Someone with the ability to work as a part of a team

Someone with the ability to self-motivate and problem-solve quickly and accurately

For Internal Applicants: 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months. Current Manager notification is needed to apply for a vacant position. Any applicant who does not meet these conditions will require approval from the executive team member over the hiring department prior to extending a job offer.
