We are seeking Office Administrative & Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will oversee transportation for ambulatory and wheelchair patients to and from medical appointments or other non medical trips; you will also oversee daily operations related to scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and contract management.
Provide leadership, employee supervision, support and vision for the non‐emergency transportation of patients/clients to and from hospitals, convalescent facilities, dialysis centers, rehabilitation centers, medical offices and their private residences in a safe, secure and professional manner.
Job Descriptions:
The Administrative is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the non-emergency medical & non medical transportation services, conduct office management role by develop policies, protocols and procedures, Recruit new driver’s employee, Training and Coaching ,Employee Payroll Costumer service .
The Operation phase will work closely, with drivers, and clients to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our clients. Pre scheduling trips and dispatches them to drivers using routing software.
They will also be responsible for managing the fleet, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations, and maintaining a safe and efficient transportation system.
Skill and Qualification Requirement:
· Experience in management in the Non‐Emergency Medical Transportation field is desired.
· Must be able to evaluate, train and motivate drivers and dispatch personnel.
· Must be able to instruct, train and “step‐in” if necessary to fulfill driver and dispatch duties.
· Experience with Note Book accounting software & Employees Payroll.
· Associate’s Degree or higher.
· Excellent interpersonal skills & leadership experience.
· Prior experience in customer service or health care management preferred.
· Three or more years of management experience required.
DUTIES AND RRESPONSIBILITIES:
· Must be available to work or provide on‐call service when needed in a 24/7 environment.
· Provide management expertise, support and supervision transporting patients and clients utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
· Effective communications with drivers and dispatch and provide updates and reports for upper management.
· Maintain a professional, positive image and attitude in regards to clients, management and subordinates.
· Supervise and enforce completion of daily vehicle pre‐trip and post trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
· Must be able to understand and operate GPS devices, Routing Software, and cell phones, and windows based computer software. (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Must have basic knowledge of accounting systems, computer networks, PC hardware, and the internet.
· Perform multitasks duties as assigned by the Medicx Trans GM.
