**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring the production process runs smoothly, and maintaining quality standards. **Responsibilities:** - Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely - Monitor the production process to maintain quality and efficiency - Perform routine maintenance on machinery - Inspect finished products for defects - Follow blueprints and work instructions to meet specifications - Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy - Handle materials using forklifts and other equipment - Use hand tools for assembly and finishing tasks **Requirements:** - Experience in materials handling and machining processes - Proficiency in reading blueprints and using CAD software - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Knowledge of CAM programming for machine operations - Experience with press brake machines is a plus - Ability to operate forklifts safely This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
