Job Summary
The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction and operation of the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills to drive business growth and ensure operational excellence.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient processes
- Provide senior leadership and guidance to department heads
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery
- Drive process improvement efforts across the organization
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with external stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in executive or senior leadership roles
- Strong background in business development, operations management, and strategic planning
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
-Bachelors Degree in Education
