We are currently hiring for the Office Administrator position at our Fort Wayne, Indiana location. The Office Administrator is responsible for the day to day management of territory operations. The administrative responsibilities will include: managing the photography calendar, preparing our customers and photographers for picture days, handling customer service inquiries and supporting the sales staff.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the territory photography calendar.
• Order flyers or announcements for each photography event.
• Gather data from each school and prepare the data for picture day.
• Confirm each school has received their flyers and gather information needed for each job assignment.
• Work with manufacturing to resolve production issues.
• Provide telephone and email customer service to schools.
• Assist with weekly payroll.
• Maintain up to date contact information in sales software.
• Work with the Territory Manager to improve customer service, communications and efficiency in office / field operations.
• Manage and meet all deadlines.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Google Apps for Business or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent phone, email and customer service skills / etiquette.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
• Availability to work overtime as required.
