Located in Sanford, Florida Paradies & Company produces custom decorated apparel and hardlines for a broad range of international brands, retailers and theme parks. We are currently seeking a Production Order Entry Clerk to provide support for our growing Production and Sales Departments.

The Production Order Entry Clerk will have a vital role in maintaining the flow of production by ensuring orders are keyed both quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with strong written and oral communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail.

Please note: this is a full-time, in-house position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Receive “production packet” from sales team and confirm all components are included and accurate prior to keying order.
• Verify design comps are up-to-date and confirm cost on customer PO matches the sales cost sheet.
• Ensure all finishings (foil, flock, hangtags, sew-in labels, etc.) are inventoried or purchased at the time of order entry; communicate expected arrival dates to the sales and production teams.
• Communicate with outside vendors as needed to purchase goods and ensure timely delivery to meet production deadlines.
• Notify sales and/or production within 24 hours of any problems or concerns pertaining to the order (i.e. out of stock items, garments on backorder, incorrect costs, etc.)
• Maintain knowledge of all vendor compliance manuals and provide clear, concise notes & information to production, packing and shipping.
• Organize and maintain packets for re-orders.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to efficiently prioritize workload and remain focused in an open office environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet current production needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain relationships across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Prior experience using MS 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Access & Office suite) is a plus.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail, UPCs and/or customer service is a plus.
• Data entry experience is a plus
• Familiarity Shopworks and/or Syspro software is a huge plus

Education Requirements:

• High-school or equivalent
• Some college preferred, but not required

• $14.00 - $15 per hour / negotiable based off experience
