While experience is a plus, it is the least deciding factor. Dependability with a conciencious effort to learn is all that is required. Mix that with a positive attitude and you’ve got a recipie for success.
Once trained and effecient, cleaners are assigned residential clients of their own and team moveouts/ deep cleans as needed with room for possible advancement.

*Starting wage: $13-$20 per hr with regular attendance and performance based bonuses.
