Summary
This position is responsible for managing the Repair Order (RO) list and ensuring that vehicles are being repaired and closed in a timely manner. In addition, this position will coordinate repairs with Management and send out daily reports to Glovis Management RO reviews. Also input ETC's IVeles system.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Repair Orders (RO)
- Utilizing the IVeles system, run an RO (repair order) list to go by, and track vehicles that are in need of repair
- Check progress of repairs regularly, and close the RO's once repairs have been completed
- Monitor email for repair order requests
- provide feedback on vehicles in Glovis possession
- provide updated repair ETCs
- Generate daily lists to monitor the repair process and ensure repair is timely
- Track the number of days an RO has been opened vs Allocation aged date.
- Aging units with open RO's must be prioritized.
- RO review & reporting
- Once RO review with warranty department is completed, summarize review results
- Report to Body Shop Manager and Body Shop Supervisor all results and updates
- Other duties assigned

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Associates Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 1 year experience preferred
- Must hold a valid Driver's License and good driving record
