Job Summary:

The Order Fulfillment and Warehouse Manager is tasked with providing exceptional Customer service to the dealer and distributor network by preparing orders for shipment, rebuilding serviceable products, manufacturing and assembling parts as-needed, and maintaining the building and inventory.

Job Description:

- Provide exceptional Customer Service through any interaction (face-to-face, phone, text) in fulfilling order and service requests

- Build orders in preparation for pickup or shipment

- Rebuild or remanufacture products as a service

- Manufacture, assemble, and/or receive products to inventory

- Maintain the appearance and functionality of the equipment and facility

- Pickup inventory or delivery Customer goods via company vehicle

- Will train candidate on solar applications as required

- Monday-Friday, 8-5pm, overtime as required

Qualified candidates must have:

- Technical background that can include military, trade school, or appropriate STEM course of study at a post high-school level

- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings

- Ability to work with ambiguity and meet long term goals without daily oversight

Preferred but not required skills can include experience:

- Selling or servicing a technical product

- Experience in a warehouse

- Ability to weld

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
