Order Management Coordinator: This dynamic role involves providing top-notch order entry management of highly technical equipment in a fast-paced environment characterized by changing & competing priorities as well as tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
· Support Sales Management in all aspects of machine sales from quotations to invoicing
· Preparation of customer supply contracts
· Process customer orders for capital equipment and monitor milestone billings
· Manage international import-export shipments
· Liaison between customers and our European lead company
· Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies
· Other Duties as assigned
Requirements:· 5-10 years experience in office based B2B customer service required
· Intermediate to advanced MS office skills to include Word and Excel
· Knowledge of international purchases, sales and logistics processes
· SAP experience required
· Knowledge of Import/Export regulations
· A self-starter able to work independently or as part of a team
· Must thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced team environment
· Capable of multitasking between projects and departments
· Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
· Attention to detail
