Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. Partners with stakeholders to identify conditions impacting the fulfillment workflow and to develop effective solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Order Fulfillment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Mountain Rose Herbs is a local, progressive company seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals for our warehouse shipping operations. Our Warehouse staff form the backbone of our company. All materials pass through their skilled hands, from start to finish. These dedicated workers make up the largest portion of our staff; shipping, order fulfillment, receiving, production, remediation, etc.
This position will be scheduled both weekend days as a part of their set 40-hour schedule.
We are looking to fill full time staff positions with production minded individuals who are driven to succeed.
This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Attention to detail while working efficiently with adherence to regulations and protocols are absolute requirements.
Basic experience in order filling, packing, and shipping orders is helpful. Experience in organic handling, quality control measures, and inventory is preferred, but not required. Our order fulfillment and shipping center is highly computerized so a basic understanding of how to use a computer and input data is helpful.
$17.00/hour with benefits after 90 days ***Staff hired for swing/weekend shifts receive a $1/hr. shift differential for all hours worked.
