Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? As our Part-Time Marketing Fulfillment Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring store Marketing Material orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. This role will work closely with the Fresh Encounter Marketing Department.
Job Duties
· Fulfill Store Marketing Sign/Tag Orders.
· Facilitate Marketing Seasonal Signage distribution.
· Oversee the ordering/forecasting of Marketing signage inventory.
· Organize Marketing departmental warehouse.
· Distribute Weekly Ad Circular.
· Inspect product quality as orders are filled, ensuring store satisfaction.
· Assist with paperwork and documentation for shipments.
· Utilize our computer system for all stages of order fulfillment (Monday.com).
Qualifications:
· Must be able to lift 50lbs.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Basic computer proficiency.
