Order Fulfillment Director jobs in Miami, FL

Responsibilities:

• Fulfilling orders
• Preparing and packing orders for shipment
• Accurately tracks inventory
• Ensure all orders are accurately processed into Order Entry system and follow through from order stage to order closure.
• Coordinate all orders with various departments such as Finance, IT, Data Processing, Shipping and Logistics Team in resolving related issues to meet customer/staff requested ship date/ delivery date (CRSD/ CRDD).
• Liaison with customer on inquiries, order status, shipping information.
• Ensure that Sales Team follows Rules of Engagement in order placement.
• Reviewing and analyzing work processes to identify process improvement programs.
• Establish action plan with team on the improvement of processes and procedure.
• Deal with lose/damage and return goods if happen.

Requirements:

• Bilingual - Spanish
• Experience handling busy e-commerce order fulfillment
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Highly effective project management skills
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Forklift experience a plus
• Experienced in communicating clearly and confidently with the staff senior management
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Position requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented and willing to help others to get the job done
